Sodexo is seeking an General Manager 4- Schools for K12 schools in Greater St. Louis, Illinois. The candidate should have understanding of USDA regulations and Child Nutrition Programs. The General Manager will be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the properties through managers, supervisors and frontline employees including influence over financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development. A valid driver’s license and Bachelor’s Degree are both required.

+ proven successful P&L and Fee account management;

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement – Associate’s degree, with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
Basic Management Experience – 3 years
Basic Functional Experience – 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
