Job Description
Within Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance division is the Financial Services business (WKFS). WKFS provides a wide range of technology-enabled lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions, corporate services, and legal entity compliance solutions. Customers include:
Financial institutions – banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, insurers and securities firms.
As the Sr. T echnology Implementation Consultant , you will function as a business systems analyst that is part of a WKFS Professional Services team that works closely with client technical and business teams on engagements lasting 3-6 months or longer to deliver integrated software systems for financial institutions. This role is assigned to multiple engagements, works with direct supervision, and interacts with matrixed organizations, internally and externally. You will report to the Associate Director, Technology Implementation Consulting, and work from your remote home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex configurations and application modifications to integrate with client workflow using best practices.
- Gather technical specifications that meet the client’s business needs and requirements throughout the Technical Design section of the Application Design Document (ADD)
- Manage all software environments including product packaging, client build specifications, and product customizations working with IT infrastructure.
- May serve as?an?informal resource for colleagues with less experience?
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
-3+ years working in a client-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience.
- In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge related to technology implementations.
- Successful experience working on large, complex implementations
- Knowledge of best practices and how to differentiate software capabilities within a competitive market.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to drive projects forward with minimal guidance while acting as a resource for colleagues
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships.
- Travel 20-50% domestic travel.
