As a Director of Outlets, you will oversee the operations of our restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
- Ability to lead and direct a team
- Time management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
