An Element Technician is familiar with various manufacturing techniques, both industry wide and specific to NFC. An Element Technician will become familiar with how their role fits within an AS9100 environment in order to provide outstanding product to all customers. Supervisory Responsibilities • None Duties / Responsibilities • Operate equipment to perform the following processes o Cut material to size with foot shear o Pleat raw material o Resistance seam weld o Part mark via processes required per drawing • Test filter elements, of different configurations, for functional checks • Clean various filter elements and machined components o Load / Unload automated equipment o Hand wash / rinse / dry, as applicable Required Skills / Abilities • Good mechanical aptitude / ability to work with hands in manufacturing environment • Able to understand, or become trained to understand, engineered drawings / blueprints Education and Experience • High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred • 0 – 3 years manufacturing experience preferred Physical Requirements • Lift / manipulate up to 50lbs • Ability to stand for 8 hours EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: DISABLED/VETERAN To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
