Job Description
Research market conditions of the cosmetics and beauty supply Industry and analyze the findings to understand marketing opportunities for business growth; Gather, analyze data and compile the target market’s industry trends and conditions to determine market potential, product lines, price effect, logistics costs, and others; Collect and analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand in the cosmetics and beauty supply industry; Identify, collect, and analyze competitor data for target markets including competitors’ product lines, prices, market share, strengths and weaknesses, and market gap analysis; Develop value-added data collection systems, analytics, market models, impact assessments, performance metrics, and other information deliverable to support the tactical decision-making and strategic business development, new product development, and other marketing; Gather and analyze information on performance or effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies pertinent to target markets; Based on findings, prepare comprehensive per-sector market reports containing internal and external metrics; Based on findings, assist management with preparation or revision of business development plans to establish business contacts and partners in target markets and expand target markets; Develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract and convert target markets; Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to implement marketing programs; and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing strategy and measurement.
