Principal Associate, Content Designer - CB.XD, Fraud & Disputes

We are currently seeking a Content Designer to join our Fraud & Disputes design team. We are passionate about advocating for user needs and delivering innovative, world-class products that redefine our customers day-to-day financial activities.
The focus of the Fraud & Disputes design team is to help customers through difficult situations with their credit card and purchases. We aim to help customers prevent, predict, and detect unwanted activity on their account. If something does go wrong, we build experiences across channels to guide our customers and agents through the right solution to get customers back on track. Our goals are in service of delivering excellent customer experiences while driving value for our business.

You'll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
Collaboration & Connection
Collaborate with teammates from product, tech and design to uncover customer and business needs
Co-create intuitive and engaging solutions from concept to launch
Translate complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience
Advocate for the customer through human-centered design methods, ensuring our products speak their language and meet their needs
Champion approaches grounded in research and analysis, and always represent the perspective of content design
Participate in design reviews and critiques, and help all designers strengthen their skills in content design
Effectively explain and advocate for your design decisions with an audience of product partners and other stakeholders
Develop and share tools and frameworks with your local design team, plus the broader content design community and Design organization
Discovery & Delivery
Work with the research team to understand customer needs and mindsets and define what information is needed throughout the user experience
Frame problems, share insights and design new methodologies/practices to serve customer needs
Facilitate and participate in workshops with various stakeholders
Guide and coach others through co-writing content for our website, mobile app and other touchpoints
Ensure all content is clear, consistent, inclusive and easy to understand
Meet compliance requirements while also upholding our plain language and content standards
Develop and share tools and frameworks with your local design team, plus the broader content design community and Design organization
Help contribute to our internal design system and other guidelines and best practices
