Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting delivery of HR reporting and workforce analytics by delivering complex data information, assisting in the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required for senior leadership. Duties:

  • Compile and analyze workforce data to provide decision support to help drive the business in areas such as turnover, attraction, development, engagement, cost management and retention.
  • Develops and delivers compelling presentations using data, visualizations, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making.
  • Translates findings into succinct, actionable business insights, often in coordination with partners who help tell a holistic story.
  • Conducts external and internal research with People Analytics and Talent community to design data and analytics solutions and summarizes results for management review.
  • Enhances/refines reporting through the design of dashboards and other data visualization techniques that enhance management’s understanding of and access to key metrics.
  • Develops, automates, maintains, and delivers HR metrics to monitor KPIs and dashboards.
  • Track and plan analytics projects working closely with multiple stakeholders in different geographies, supporting different business units, and different roles.
  • Identify and correct data quality issues.
  • Conducts business requirement gathering with HR Leadership and designs roadmaps for future analytics projects.
