Job Description

Education & Experience Required:
- BS Engineering
- 2-5 years experience

Technical Skills
(Required)
- 3D modeling/print detailing
- Clear understanding of GD&T
- Product development experience

(Desired)
- Engine/Fuel systems development experience
- CAT detailing/releasing experience
- Structural FEA experience
- Hydraulic analysis experience
- Product validation experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Product Development (NPI)
- Creo modeling
- Print detailing
- FMEA
- DVP&R
- APQP
- Analysis coordination
- Supplier CPPD
- Tolerance stack-up, O-ring calculations, bolted joint analysis

Interaction with team:
- Frequent interaction w/ core development team – team members plus work director
- Regular collaboration w/ support resources: SDE, suppliers, mechatronics, analysis, purchasing

Work environment:
- Office primarily

Hands-on lab/test environment (validation hardware: receiving, test coordination, inspection) -> increasing as project progresses to validation phase
