Required Skills:
HR and payroll experience
Familiarity with HR and payroll systems
ServiceNow experience

Job Description:
• Will focus on tickets in ServiceNow. Does not require one to be on the phone.
• Provides quality service in the area of Human Resources and Payroll by providing information on policies and resolution to inquiries for all team members through multi-channel support.
• Maintains strong relationships by handling team member questions and concerns with accuracy, sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Performs data entry and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills to trouble shoot problems.
• Provide an exceptional service experience on HR matters to both current and past COMPANY team members.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting to resolve team member problems and promote self-service when applicable.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and translate inquiries into our case management application during the interaction.
