Job Description
Appraiser of Business Property – Conduct physical inspections of all types of trucks, trailers and logistics equipment appraisals (as business property) on business sites; determine the appropriate type of valuation to make, such as fair market, replacement, or liquidation, based on the needs of the property owner utilizing MS Excel; analyze local and national trucking industry repair procedures and market pricing; maintain a database of completed appraisals and forecast the value of the property.
