Job Summary:
The Director of Operations serves on the senior lead team to define the vision, strategy, and operating principles of the C4C to meet the school’s objectives, enable efficient operations and comply with University and Federal policies and procedures. The Director continually refines and evolves the C4C service model as multiple McC Centers with different structures and administrative needs become customers. The C4C staff also provide administrative support for McC Global Initiatives. The position reports to the Associate Dean and supervises C4C staff.

Specific Responsibilities:
McC Center for Center leadership and operational excellence (210%)
· Contributes to C4C vision, strategy and business model
· Defines policy and procedure, ensures compliance with NU and Federal policy, deploys best practices, oversees center annual reviews
