Sr. Application Technical Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for providing production technical and operational support for problems affecting internal teams and customers. Includes triaging with IT, Customer Care and Outsourcing Operations to review logs, understand application functionality fails, analyze file delivery issues and resolve production impacting problems. Responsible for the coordination and completion of small projects/assignments from obtaining requirements, documentation, and roll out and training of end users, if applicable.

+ Maintain schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities and resolving issues. Resolve issues by clarifying the problem, determining root cause, working with other areas to develop the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.

+ Lead and direct one or more projects /assignments by directing the activities of internal and external customers and vendors throughout the project/assignment to completion, while maintaining relationships. Manage delivery through the various lifecycle stages from initiation through closure .

+ Negotiate with clients, colleagues and outside vendors to establish schedules, milestones, etc. using project/assignment change control as necessary. Communicate status, milestones, action items, and issues to management, clients, colleagues and outside vendors.

+ Recommend work standards by studying operational requirements and methods; identifying improvements; communicating suggestions to management, clients, colleagues and outside vendors

+ Prepare/support management status reports including Outsourcing Metrics and Scorecards. Monitors and approves application and user changes on Service Now. Is responsible for monthly/quarterly system access auditing and reporting

Basic Qualifications (BQs) Education and Experience: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science or other related technical field and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience.

Fundamental working knowledge of Windows based operating systems and networks. Experience with project-planning software and WFS Products.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs) + 6 years of operations experience in deposit / payment processing Proven track record in project/assignment management, workflow analysis, and integration of complex business solutions Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
