Job Description

Aston Carter’s Client, a leading fleet management and vehicle relocation company, is seeking Customer Support and Administrative Specialist to assist with the driver dispatch, vehicle assessment, order documentation, and internal communication between their departments!

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Joliet, IL

Essential Functions:

+ Manage execution of customer orders

+ Timely coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery of customer vehicles while ensuring customer instructions are precisely followed

+ Transporting vehicle into secure lot when Drivers drop them off

+ Transporting vehicle out of lot and having them staged for Drivers to pickup

+ Assess vehicle condition and document accordingly

+ Communicate timely by email, telephone and CRM with internal staff, ICs and pickup and delivery contacts, escalating issues to management as appropriate

+ Promptly update comments and data regularly into the system at the completion of each phone call and email

+ Manage the metrics of the storage vehicle facility location daily using VIN and order verifications

+ Checking vehicles in and out of the facility

+ Reviewing vehicles and noting damage & issues

+ Moving vehicle in and out of lot

The Ideal Candidate Has:

+ 6+ months experience with scheduling and coordination

+ Comfortability operating in a fast-pace

+ Experience using Excel Spreadsheets for tracking data
