Customer Service Representative (Part Time - 32 Hours A Week)

Description:

- Serve customers by providing product and service information while resolving various problems.

- Process emails and calls from wholesale customers and consumers efficiently and in a timely manner.

- Coordinate inbound calls and emails from outside sales representatives and other team members within the organization and assist in bringing the matter to a customer satisfying result.

- Maintains customer records by updating account information.

- Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

- Log all incoming requests through our SAP Enterprise system accurately.

- Collaborate and positively communicate with sales, accounting, operations regarding delivery, invoicing, and other customer challenges.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

- 6 months call center OR 1 year of retail

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Typing Skills-data entry, order entry

Nice Haves:

- CRM System or ERP System

- Manufacturing Industry

Soft Skills:

- Detail Oriented

- Quick thinking skills

- Team Player

- Professional written and verbal skills
