As the D30 Digital Technologies I2P Co-Pilot , you're stepping into the heart of our transformational journey with our D30 initiative set to streamline, digitize, and automate how we work at Mars Snacking. You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and groundbreaking tech solutions. With your focus on "Insight to Plan" (I2P), you'll lead the charge on strategic initiatives, crafting end-to-end planning platforms and forward-thinking foresight tools. Together, we're shaping the future of Mars Snacking!
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or relevant experience preferred.
- 7+ years of business experience, with 4-6 years in digital or segment functions.
- Proficiency in implementing Financial Planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP SAC, or One Stream.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain planning tools like Kinaxis/O9, with experience in integration with Financial Planning systems being advantageous.
- Experience in designing integrated IT architectures within enterprise frameworks.
- Familiarity with data lakes for data convergence and insights/reporting.
- Knowledge of foresight tools and project management tools is a plus.
- Business mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.
- Broad understanding of segment and digital strategies and their impact on enhancing segment outcomes.

- Lead by example! Provide invaluable leadership and guidance to our talented team of Senior Managers and Managers, empowering them to reach new heights of success.
