Job Description SummaryProvides superior marketing, research and administrative support critical to the overall success of a broker team. Supports broker(s) in representation of our clients in the underwriting, performance of due diligence, packaging and overall marketing of properties. In office attendance expectancy is 3-4 days per week out of our Rosemont office.

Responsibilities
Coordinates all marketing, research, and financial analysis efforts, as it relates to property marketing packages; creates marketing packages
Compiles information to be used in periodic landlord leasing activity reports
Prepares market surveys
Organizes transition documents, including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, etc., to ensure that all parties have copies of required documents
Handles client contact, including database management
Discusses vacancies/rates with clients, cooperating brokers, and prospective tenants (does not discuss deal points)
Potentially shows property
Fields marketing calls
Coordinates property tours packages (does not conduct the tours)
Compiles information for marketing activity reports for broker team
Abstracts leases and drafts proposals with direction from supervising C&W real estate professional
Updates Pipeline/drafts RTDs for supervising C&W real estate professional review
Performs all administrative tasks required by C&W to facilitate the transaction of C&W's real estate business
Performs other broker level tasks required by team to facilitate transactions
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate - preferred but not required
2-5 years real estate industry experience
Financial analysis and/or research experience preferred
ProCalc experience a plus
Salesforce Experience a plus
Real Estate license required
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
Intermediate proficiency with Creative Suite (InDesign)
Intermediate proficiency in desktop publishing software
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Advanced project management skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles
