Job Objective: The ARC Command Program Department is seeking a Program Specialist to join our team and take on a variety of administrative responsibilities to help our team organize, develop, track, and implement reports in support of program goals and growth. The Program Specialist will work with both internal and external constituencies with respect to program implementation and operational matters and provides technical/professional and programmatic guidance, consultation, and support to program constituencies as appropriate.
Essential Functions:
Creates, produces, and delivers the development, implementation, and execution of program reports, special projects, and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the program.
Oversees and/or coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; develops, writes, edits, and presents comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports and evaluations.
Develop queries, procedures, and datasets that support goal-oriented and ad hoc reporting requests.
Create, manage, and analyze customized databases and standardized reports.
Perform data analysis, data querying, and data validation functions.
Serves as a liaison with internal and external constituencies on matters relating to program recruitment, with respect to programs on a territorial basis.
Work in tandem with Command and local ARC Leadership in support of program partnerships, memorandums of understanding, and direct program service contracts
Maintain the internal contracts and stats database.
Implements reporting goals and objectives for the program; identifies opportunities to enhance program operations to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness and to fulfill program objectives.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
