Description:
In this role, individuals will be troubleshooting -access controls and locking mechanisms, air flow, lighting controls, HVAC, plumbing.
Service Responsibilities:
+ Perform preventative maintenance on all products according to specifications and predetermined schedule.
+ Provide warranty service and support on all products according to specifications.
+ Provide emergency service and support on all products according to specifications.
+ Review system installations and begin system commissioning.
+ Travel M-F overnight as needed (up to 85%)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Minimum 2 years of field service experience
+ Minimum 2 years of experience reading blue prints
+ Minimum 2 years working around HVAC or plumbing experience
