Reporting directly to the President of Supply in North America, the Supply Chain Integration team delivers strategic programs that build business capability and create incremental NSV through targeted portfolio expansion and global route-to-market expansion!

+ Possess a passion for unearthing hidden gems within data and transforming them into strategic solutions

+ Streamline operations and leverage data-driven strategies to elevate business performance

+ Enable end-to-end integration of supply operations between newly acquired brands and Diageo’s existing supply network

+ Unlock global NSV and margin expansion

+ Generate actionable insights through data and analytics

+ Build fit-for-purpose supply growth strategies for DV Accelerator brands

+ Build value through robust, data-driven reasons that align with NAM’s long-term business strategy

Role Details and Key Accountabilities:

In this dynamic role, you’ll bridge the gap between supply chain expertise and data analytics, becoming a crucial driver of informed decision-making across the organization. You’ll seamlessly switch between two key areas:

Unmasking Supply Chain Insights:

+ Conduct in-depth analyses of existing supply chains, meticulously examining procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

+ Demonstrate your data prowess to optimize supply chain efficiency, centralize data, and improve connectivity. This will ultimately minimize waste, streamline processes, and boost customer satisfaction.

+ Collaborate closely with supply chain experts to grasp their unique needs, objectives, and constraints.

+ Develop and implement customized supply chain strategies and solutions, potentially utilizing data analysis techniques and technologies.

+ Stay ahead of the latest trends and innovations in supply chain management.

Crafting Data-Driven Narratives:

+ Develop and maintain sophisticated queries to extract and transform data from diverse sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs).

+ Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to build clear, concise, and interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-making.

+ Provide insightful recommendations and support to stakeholders based on the value gleaned from data analysis.

+ Remain current with industry best practices and emerging BI and data analysis technologies.

+ Ensure clarity and accessibility of data sources, reports, and dashboards through meticulous documentation and maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience:

+ Credentials (BA or BS degree) in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

+ 2+ years of experience in either supply chain analysis, business intelligence, or a combination of both.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

+ Proficiency in Power Query, Python, or other data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., R, MATLAB).

+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

+ A solid grasp of supply chain management principles and practices is essential.

+ A thirst for knowledge and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
