Our Client in Granite City, IL is looking to add a maintenance technician to their team. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this Maintenance Technician will install, overhaul, dismantle, construct, inspect, replace, test and make mechanical and electrical repairs to buildings and mechanical equipment such as boilers, compressors, sprinklers, piping, plumbing, production and material handling equipment, line equipment and controls.

Skills and Requirements
-4+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
-Ability to read and comprehend work orders, equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
-Background in troubleshooting (Hydraulics, PLC’s, Pneumatics)
-Excellent verbal communication
-Ability to work flexible hours -Experience working with boilers
-Welding experience
-Associates degree from a technical school (SWIC, Ranken, etc.) null
