Title: Material Coordinator – 106931

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Material Coordinator for Harvester Works located in East Moline, IL , you will communicate part availability issues and resolution to operations and other key stakeholders. In addition, you will:

+ Utilize SAP transactions to support all aspects of the material delivery process

+ Work critical shortage reports to ensure part availability

+ Work closely with several functional areas including operations, engineering, supply management, and material flow to root cause and correct material shortages, inventory discrepancies, reporting issues, COGI, and consumption issues

What Skills You Need

+ 2 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

+ 2 or more years working in a team environment and delivering expected results

+ 1 or more years of experience in effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

+ 1 or more years of organizational experience handling multiple projects or tasks

+ Ability to work overtime, both daily and weekend, or work off-shift

What Makes You Stand Out

+ Experience with SAP

+ Experience working in a manufacturing operations environment

+ Experience with Material Flow, Supply Management, and/or Order Fulfillment processes

+ Experience working proactively in a self-guided environment

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience
