Job Description:

As the HR Consultant – Performance Improvement, you will be a part of our HR Operations Team within the GBS function. You will lead a centralized performance improvement process that will provide support and tools for People Managers with employees at the mid-management bands and below. Your role will be to ensure we have self-help knowledge and tools available to people managers and employees so there is clear understanding of when/how to use performance improvement to help employees elevate their contributions to the organization. You will provide counseling and support to People Managers so they can properly use standardized tools and follow a systematic process for improvement. You will bring a passion for talent and wanting to help employees improve. You will be able to develop strong relationships with People Managers, HRBP and Legal partners. What you will be doing:

+ Guide and consult people leaders in the Performance Improvement process for employees in conjunction with HR Operations Leadership, HRBP, Field HR, Talent and Legal partners.

+ Provide the development and design of online tools/resources to create insight into the process and allow people managers to own the performance improvement of their staff.

+ Coach people managers on the process, tools, templates, timelines for performance improvement

+ Own the tracking, reporting and analysis of performance improvement cases across the organization to understand trends and develop recommendations on how we better support our employees.

+ Provide necessary follow-up and escalation to HR Partner and/or Legal where needed.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.

+ HCM experience preferred specifically with ServiceNow, OracleHCM and SAP

+ 3+ years of HR generalist experience

+ Experience in handling, managing and coaching other in Performance Improvement of employees.

+ Proven ability to successfully coach people managers and employees through difficult conversations and feedback.

+ Must be highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.

+ Detail oriented – high attention to accuracy.

+ Excellent communication skills with customer-centric mindset.

+ Effective team player with the ability to collaborate, as well as work independently.
