Job Description

The IT Privacy Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily Client Identity and Access operations for R1. This person will be required to work on CIA related priorities while acting as customer liaison to ensure we deliver seamless support. Duties include aligning with compliance driven provisioning standards, monitoring client pulse and predicting client needs, using reports to identify risk and areas of focus, ensure client documentation exists and is accessible, and special assignment projects. This role requires strong communication skills with ability to deescalate and partner with all CIA clients.

Responsibilities:

+ Required to work in Service Now and resolve tasks and incidents.

+ Candidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors, and other business functions.

+ May be required to do Access certifications and attestations.

+ Participate in the collection and analysis of business and technical requirements to develop Enterprise-wide Client Identity and Access management (CIA) processes and procedures.

+ Position the CIA organization to support and enable emerging customer service driven needs.

+ Collaborate with CIA teams to review existing processes, capture operational challenges, and develop business requirements for improvement.

+ Demonstrate a deep understanding of risk and change management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, access management, and directory.

+ Identify opportunities to automate and partner with engineering teams to meet those needs.

+ Manage end user access (user and application-level accounts) and privileged access (system/admin/elevated-level accounts).

+ Required to generate Status Reports, Dashboards and Quality Metrics.

+ Candidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors, and other business functions.

+ Required to assist with CIA strategy.

Required Qualifications:

+ Understanding of Client Identity and Access (CIA) concepts.

+ Experience customer service management.

+ Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings.

+ Ability to work well with contractors, systems engineers, requirements analysts, and others who may have information necessary for developing security related documentation or processes.

+ Must be able to explain customer needs and priorities in a way that technical people can understand.

+ Ability to effectively work with customers and management personnel on all levels, business areas and across cultures.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of security programs management

+ Familiarity with Workday and ITIL and ITSM processes and ServiceNow tool

+ Basic AD Engineering and administration knowledge if any

+ ITIL, Agile, SQL, MS Active Directory, Security certs, Healthcare IT

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.92 – $20.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
