Job Description
WelbeHealth is a public benefit company founded in 2015 that offers comprehensive medical and social care to socioeconomically disadvantaged seniors in a way that allows them to continue living in the community as opposed to going into a nursing home. We have over 1,000 team members, having hired 300 in the last six months, and we’re on pace to hire another 400 in the next year.
The Access & Experience leader will be responsible for the strategic design, development, and execution of the first ever national PACE access center. This dynamic leader will create an innovative and inspiring service experience for vulnerable elderly – one that is aligned with core principles of the PACE philosophy, scalable and replicable across diverse regions, market dynamics, and service types, and leads to high patient satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties:
+ Lead the operational strategy and execution of an enterprise Access & Experience center, nationally.
+ Develop governance and infrastructure that enables national shared service success.
+ Own development of high performing team known for consistency and trustworthiness.
+ Accountable for a standardized, shared service function that is integrated with PACE markets and cultivates a unified culture.
+ Orient around key financial levers, service line expansion, and drive scalability amidst high growth.
+ Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted.
+ Master’s Degree preferred.
+ Minimum of seven (7) years in value-based care setting leading and managing access center and/or adjacent teams.
+ Two (2) years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
+ Experience yielding significant transformation and change through previous leadership initiatives.
+ Experience in highly regulated environments involving CMS oversight and audits.
+ Technology-centric with an ability to bring to life ideas that support replicative results.
+ Highly motivated, inspirational leader who is able to innovatively engage, support and remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meet established goals.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $204,363.75- $255,454.68 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
