Overview

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Cherry Valley, Illinois. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

Opportunity:

Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) and 1 Saturday per month schedule. Great for work-life balance!
Newborn to geriatric patient population
Onsite Laboratory, and Radiology Services
Ability to grow your own patient panel while also supporting physician practice
System-wide EPIC
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program.
Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
Current IL RN license
Current IL APNP license
Current IL DEA number
Other certifications as required
Primary Care NP experience preferred
Primary Care nursing experience preferred
