Position Highlights:
Position: Advanced Practice Provider - APRN - General Cardiology - Medical Group
Location: 2150 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Required Travel: Skokie Ambulatory Care Center

What you will need:
License:Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) Licensure in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
Education:N/A
Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
Experience:Prior APN experience preferred
Skills:N/A

What you will do:
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
Provide patient educationto promote wellness and prevent illness and injury for individuals, families, and communities.
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams
