Overview
Crowe Global intends to upgrade its platform and approach to the management and delivery of its restricted list and conflict checks currently managed through the network's Member Portal. The platform will hold restricted list data and be used to facilitate the origination of and response to negative and positive conflict of interest checks. The Platform will apply the appropriate regulatory rule sets/professional standards (e.g., IESBA, SEC, UK, etc.) configured for Crowe Global policies to entities.
