Job Summary
The Account Executive profitably manages the system retrofit, upgrade, and aftermarket (parts, service, support, warranty) sales activities for assigned key accounts. Key accounts are based on existing relationships and working in conjunction with other Wynright sales teams. Trained in Daifuku technologies to facilitate identifying and developing upgrade and retrofit solutions.

 


Responsibilities

 


Ensures that Wynright becomes the preferred provider of aftermarket services for the target account list, including parts, audits, support contracts, maintenance service, and modernizations

Analyzes legacy Wynright and Daifuku systems to identify aftermarket sales opportunities

Implements sales plans for the assigned key accounts by coordinating personal sales activities with appropriate Wynright associates

Develops and implements sales strategies necessary to profitably outsell the competition

Leads the sales process with assigned key account to profitably meet or exceed sales goals

Identifies aftermarket sales opportunities through detailed review of existing client systems with focus on software, controls, and mechanical elements

Travels as required

 


Qualifications

 


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of material handling sales or engineering experience

Technical or sales proficiency in Warehouse Controls Systems, controls, and mechanical elements highly preferred

Ability to assess the client's material handling assets to maintain system reliability and extend mean time to failure

Thorough understanding of the details, features, and benefits of all Wynright technology

Proficient with Microsoft Office and, after training, Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings

Ability to analyze and solve customer material handling requirements

Ability to interact with Wynright and Daifuku technical and engineering teams to help ensure the suitability of the recommended solution

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Self-motivated and detail-oriented
