Essential Functions*:
Maintain the Sales Department's Operating Budgets, keeping accounts updated and providing stakeholders with an update quarterly or as required.
Format and process Trade Channel Programs, pricing, deviations, and meet comps for all trade channels. Maintain files. Interface with Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and legal as required.
Initiate and distribute Wholesale Distributor Agreements.
Compile and verify data for customer reports as required.
Prepare Customer Master Data Sheet (CMDS) forms and credit applications. Route for signature approvals and distribute for execution.
Maintain customer records, including customer master data sheets, vendor agreements, and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
Provide administrative support to sales managers, the product management group, and the credit department, including travel/hotel arrangements and expense report processing.
Work with Sales Managers on sales meeting schedule rotations, providing current information and programs/price lists for sales group meetings. Prepare materials and complete sales meeting projects as required.
Supervise the coordination of the trade Show, including booth reservations, booth selection/layout, meeting room schedules, and badges. Provide appropriate programs, price lists, and announcements for distributor meetings.
Coordinate customer meetings and events.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining departmental data on PC, compiling and processing data for reports, meetings, customer, and management presentations, generating and tracking documents, and maintaining customer database and files.
Schedule and coordinate department personnel travel arrangements, customer meetings, and events.
Manage sample ammunition program order entry.
Position Requirements*:
Associate Degree**; Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of three years sales administration, customer service, or related experience.
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP preferred.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and follow-up skills.
Must be a self-starter who can work independently and effectively prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of product lines and organization preferred.
Must be able to work effectively with all levels of management and Winchester customers.
Periodic travel may be required to support Industry/Sales Events.
