Wirebond Process Manager sought by Knowles Electronics, LLC (Itasca, IL):
Lead experienced assembly engineers to characterize and introduce new and innovative assembly processes to launch new microphone models into high volume manufacturing at our factories. Establish process recipes that are highly manufacturable, high yielding and competitive in the cost of production. Lead characterization activities of new processes to establish stable process conditions for NTI’s and NPI’s geared towards high volume manufacturing. Lead projects to enable new materials, tools & process solutions for enhanced process capabilities and continuous improvements in value creation, cost, productivity, and quality. Lead and work closely with joint global engineering and Task Force teams to oversee technology transfers, resolve production issues and assure consistency of process and quality standards across the factories. Collaborate with factories and other cross-functional groups on timely and flawless new technology deployment and ramp to high volume production. 136,074/year.
Minimum Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related quantitative field and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a Process Engineering or related role. 10% international travel to offshore factories in China and Malaysia.Submit resumes to jane.piro@knowles.com.
