Job Description

A.T. Kearney, Inc. has multiple openings for Kearney Unified Collaboration Specialist(s) in Chicago, IL (with extensive travel and/or possible relocation in unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.) to lead the planning, design, implementation, and ongoing support of unified collaboration platforms. Collaborate with global, regional colleagues, internal business partners to maintain awareness of business requirements and opportunities that may leverage unified collaboration capabilities. Conduct review and optimization of call routing, call flows and patterns. Manage and coordinate voice/video infrastructure, application deployments, updates, and upgrades. Monitor and maintain backups. Primary contact for all unified collaboration issues and escalations. Create, maintain, distribute usage, end user experience, video conferencing and IVR reports. Manage, facilitate global and regional video conferencing events. Incident, problem management and root cause analysis. Monitor unified collaboration infrastructure, usage, performance, and video call quality. Maintain expertise in the above technology areas and remain aware of industry trends for technical and functional areas within the unified communications segment while contributing to future strategies.

 

Requires domestic travel up to 5% to 10%. TELECOMMUTING IS PERMITTED FOR THIS ROLE.

 

Position Qualifications: Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management or related field. Work Experience Requirement: 5 years of related industry experience. Specific Skills or Other Requirements: Experience to include: 1. Fundamental understanding and management of network infrastructure, audio & video conferencing, video codecs and bridges including TCP/IP, DNS, H.323, XMPP, QoS, Fax, E911, ISDN, MPLS. 2. Experience deploying, managing, and administering Cisco Unity, Voice gateways: Cisco, Audio Codes; Cisco Jabber; Microsoft Teams Client; Telepresence; Cisco media gateways; Inbound/outbound routing using PRI and SIP trunks; Fax Relay / T.37 fax control protocol; and RightFax. 3. Experience providing desk side and remote support for issues or failures impacting soft phone, unified collaboration, audio and video conferencing. 4. Experienced many and configure audio codecs: G.729, G.722. G.711. 5. Experience configuring and managing global +E.164 dial plans.

 

Position Location: Chicago, IL (extensive travel and/or possible relocation in unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.) but requires domestic travel up to 5% to 10%. TELECOMMUTING IS PERMITTED FOR THIS ROLE.

 

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm]

 

Compensation: $152,464 per year
