Key responsibilities for this role include:

Know and comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP(s) and Work Instructions (WI). Review, recommend and assist with revisions to SOP(s) and Work Instructions as required.

Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment to established 6S Standards. Practice safe lifting and carrying in accordance with EH&S guidelines. Keep all equipment (machines, tools, workstations, and storage units) organized and in good condition.

Training Administration

Training Curricula (TRNs)

Assign TRN Numbers for new TRNs.

Assign TRN Change Control Number(s) and log new, revised or retired TRNs in TRN Change Control Log.

Administer changes to TRNs upon receipt of TRN Change Control form.

Administer monthly TRN review.

Learning Management System (My University)

Create, revise and maintain Training Items and Training Curricula (TRN) in My University.

Administer training tasks for site users, coordinate training assignments in My U.

Coordinate and assign D2 Training Tasks to impacted management.

Monitor for timely processing and completion of the tasks.

Complete training data entry in My University, generate reports as needed, and complete associated documentation and filing.

Monitor and report sitewide training completion progress as determined by Sr. Management.

Records Coordinator

Maintain training records.

Maintain departmental documents and prepare eligible documents for destruction in accordance with procedures.

Logbooks

Assign logbook numbers for each logbook prior to issuance for use.

Perform monthly review and notification of expiring logbooks not received, to department owners.

Log the receipt of completed logbooks and file for retention in accordance with established retention schedules.

Act as a D2 Coordinator designate for Senior Associate, Document Control.

Be an active member in OE projects, helping to streamline the process, maximize efficiencies, eliminate waste and help implement improvements to achieve company goals. (i.e. Kaizen events, 6S audits, etc.). Support continuous improvement efforts to achieve company goals.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Manager, Audit.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Must possess knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations and corporate policies.

Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have strong organization skills and be able to adopt to changes in priorities as needed.

Position functions semi-autonomously, and directly reports to the Associate Manager, Audit.

Minimum of an Associate degree (or equivalent) and 2-3 years of MS Office and administrative experience, required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment. Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.

Some physical demand. Often lifts light-weight material. Rarely lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.

Typically sitting at a desk or table. Must be able to intermittently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel and climb stairs. May require use of hands and use of arms. Repetitive Computer entry/typing. Occasional travel may be required.
