Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $139,000 (minimum) - $174,000 (midpoint) - $209,000 (maximum)
*All members included in cash bonus opportunity

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Lean Transformation professional, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The WPS Master Sensei is recognized as the global subject matter expert in the WPS system. The Master Sensei has demonstrated deep technical knowledge of multiple functions within the organization and expertise in the True North principles, systems and tools that is instrumental in developing other Sensei's and competency within the business units. The Master Sensei partners with multiple large, complex sites and its operational leadership to drive results in the organization utilizing the WPS Principles. The WPS Master Sensei reports to a Vice President. The WPS Master Sensei will assess and recommend project identification/selection, assuring linkage between projects, business and customer priorities. The CI Master Sensei will mentor, and coach all levels of the organization in the proper application of SIOP, WLSW and VSA while developing other sensei's. In addition the Master Sensei is responsible for the development, improvements and delivering the WPS training. The WPS Master Sensei serves as the expert and "go to" person for the True North team and provides guidance and recommendations to the top leadership within the company.

What You Will Be Doing
Drives a strategic mindset and commitment to operational excellence across the operation (i.e. defines improvement goals, establishes accountability through QDRC metrics)
Influences and drives standard principles and tools across Woodward in the alignment of the True North philosophies, methodologies and overarching best practices that is impactful and current with "Best in Class" industry practices
Excellent ability to see bigger picture of influences and impacts across multi-functions of True North applications
Uses True North systems, tools and techniques to continually improve processes and business results

What We Are Looking For
10+ years professional experience working within a LEAN manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in implementing large scale Lean/Six Sigma concepts
Expert experience in an operations leadership or CI role involving coaching, teaching or mentoring others on operational process and principles within a LEAN manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
Master's degree (MA/MS) preferred
