Overview
Expected pay for this position is $47.19 - $55.52/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager - Hambrick Center within OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois is responsible for the overall development and delivery of pediatric-centered programs and services, as well as philanthropic initiatives to unite and transform how pediatric care is visioned and delivered throughout the OSF HealthCare Ministry. The Program Manager - Hambrick Center develops a coordinated matrix of gift solicitation strategies involving personal cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship in addition to events and volunteer engagement. The Program Manager will focus on shaping sustainable philanthropic support for the Hambrick Center to grow in size and national reputation. The Program Manager will direct the planning and projects requiring vision and strategy sessions and applying concerts to design, build and implement the programmatic infrastructure of the Hambrick Center. He/she will ensure project objectives are achieved within the agreed upon scope, timeline, and resource levels. The Program Manager functions as a key stakeholder with a high-level proficiency in building multi-department, collaborative teams that will be critical to the success of the Hambrick Center.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5 years' experience directing and managing multiple complex projects and programs leveraging relationships and teamwork.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Knowledge of project management and performance improvement best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Fundraising, business development, organizational development or human resources
