WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a new Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you can expect to start your day by reviewing your assigned tasks and appointments. You will be responsible for traveling to customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity and equipment. Your daily tasks may include installing and configuring network devices, running cables, and providing excellent customer service. With a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, you will also participate in a rotating weekend schedule to ensure our customers receive support when they need it most. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset are key to success in this role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

To excel as a Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you must possess certain essential skills and qualifications. These include holding a current valid driver's license and demonstrating the ability to drive a vehicle safely without posing risks to yourself or others. Additionally, you should be eligible to be added to the company's auto insurance policy. Consistent attendance is crucial, as this role operates on a 40-hour minimum standard work week schedule.

Your dedication to providing reliable and predictable service to customers is paramount. By showcasing your technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and commitment to safety and professionalism, you can thrive in this dynamic role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Current valid Driver's License
  • Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
  • Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy
  • Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
