As a new Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you can anticipate a fulfilling daily routine filled with hands-on tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a rotating weekend rotation to ensure optimal customer support. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, conduct site visits, and utilize your problem-solving skills to address various field service needs. To excel as a Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess essential skills and qualifications. This includes holding a current valid driver's license and demonstrating the ability to drive a vehicle safely without endangering oneself or others. Candidates should also be capable of being added to the company's auto insurance policy and commit to maintaining regular and predictable attendance, with a minimum standard work week of 40 hours. Additionally, individuals must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status, both currently and in the future.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
• Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy
• Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
• Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
