Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of HRIS and data analytics. As a pivotal member of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in leading the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our HR Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes through technology, ensuring seamless integration across various systems. The goal will be to "unleash the data" and drive intelligence and insights for the business including talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, workforce planning and diversity. The Senior Manager will lead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation of HR solutions and employee data platforms, products, and capabilities. The leader will forge partnerships across HR, Technology and CDW to understand and empower the needs of the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday.
In partnership with Technology, develop an HR portfolio roadmap and product strategy including enhancements to existing products.
Partner with HR and Technology team on the bi-annual Workday release strategy and identify ways to use new features that will add efficiencies to CDW's talent strategy.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technology and leverage these insights to develop appropriate HR solutions.
Lead the design and development of scalable people analytics products (reports, dashboards, analytical models, insights, etc.) to deliver insights and analysis, and drive adoption at various levels of the organization.
Design frameworks to connect business and coworker data together to identify and solve business problems.
Work cross-functionally to build a best-in-class data environment and an integrated technology stack that ensures the quality and integrity of coworker data, making shared metrics available across the business.
Lead a team of HR Solutions, Reporting, and Analytics professionals including career planning and development, performance management, succession planning, and leading the team's goals, actions, and outcomes to support an engaged workforce.
Assist in the relationships management with external vendors and oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting of HR technology solutions.
Ensure HR product solutions meet global data privacy requirements in partnership with Legal, Security and Audit.

Highly collaborative with ability to bring diverse groups and stakeholders together, drive product functionality, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Expertise in People Analytics, Statistics and Data Science. Ability to create data models, develop hypotheses and generate predictive insights.
Prior experience in software implementation efforts, Workday required.
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to offer strategic solution and data analytics to drive business outcomes rooted in CDW's talent strategy.
Experience with HCM cloud products (Workday and ServiceNow) and demonstrated ability to use them to optimize HR processes and transform the coworker experience.
Expertise managing vendors and cloud-based application support processes.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of relevant HRIS experience
Workday HCM knowledge
Workday HCM Reporting tools - ability to develop queries, reports and dashboards
Strong consulting skills
Experience working with international teams
