Job Description
Position Highlights:

* Position:Nurse Specialist
* Location: Skokie, IL
* Full Time: 40 hours/week
* Hours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules]

What you will do:
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to assess patient and family needs and to develop plans of care for patient populations
Obtain general medical and daily care histories, perform reviews of systems
Provide patient and family education materials
Perform department-specific testing and interpret/record laboratory and other diagnostic/monitoring reports. Notify patients of significant findings
Assess and facilitate education and training for hospital staff in area of expertise
What you will need:
License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois required
Education: BSN required
Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Experience: 3 years of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
