Digital & eCommerce Media Manager (Individual Contributor)

Medela LLC is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Media Manager
- You have very strong experience in allocating media budgets across different media vehicles (retailer.com media like AMS, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to maximize traffic and sales growth.
- You know how to win in the consumer space!
- You are an expert in developing growth and success measurement plans for AMAZON, Target, Walmart, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- You possess strong analytical ability and are very comfortable talking about and proving the numbers.

Key Experience Needed: Digital & eCommerce Media Manager position-
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferably in marketing, new media, online marketing or e-commerce
- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial practice in online marketing communication/media strategy and execution in the B2C sector
- Strong knowledge on the operation mode of Amazon and retail media experience
- Exceptional Digital Commerce & Marketing expertise
- Operative experience with digital commerce marketing
- Experience with partnering, leading agencies
- Handling of multi-project management
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Power BI experience is preferred
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English
Position Responsibilities- Digital & eCommerce Media Manager
- To develop and deploy strategies and plans to deliver sales growth in digital commerce channel.
- Embed key digital commerce principles into the Americas Medela organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in Digital Commerce media effectiveness.
- Identify innovative Digital Commerce strategies or initiatives to drive market beating performance for Medela Americas
- Drive a cohesive approach across retailer media support, social/digital channels, organic media to deliver intended support for brand building and sales growth.
- Effectively allocate media budget across different media vehicles (retailer.com media like AMS, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to maximize traffic and sales growth.
- Influence and co-shape the Ecommerce media strategy from supporting marketing and product initiatives, content, and critical retailer.com initiatives.
- Drive Digital Commerce capability for Sales/Marketing organization and establish/share best practices for Americas including:
- Priority focus on Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, Target, Walmart.
