Job Description Summary

 

The Senior Analyst Workday Financials Reporting is responsible for playing a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of decision-making processes through Workday Financials reporting. Specific responsibilities and duties include:

 

What Youll Do

  • Analyze and translate functional specifications to design and build in Workday Reports advanced, matrix, composite, and prism reports, in addition to dashboards, discovery boards, worksheets and office connect, to meet internal customer needs.
  • Design and build complex calculated fields.
  • Manage full lifecycle of report development from initial solutioning to deployment, including communication and training.
  • Collaborate with users to understand and document requirements to deliver recurrent, self-service, and special request reporting.
  • Educate users on reporting capabilities and continuously seek reporting enhancements to support evolving requirements.
  • Troubleshoot report and data issues.
  • Support and test Workdays bi-annual releases.
  • Assist with other projects related to Workday Financials.

 

Related Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with Workday Reporting
  • Knowledge of Workday Prism preferred
  • Workday Pro Certification in Reporting, Financials, and/or relevant functional area is a plus
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Capable of leading a project.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
