The Associate Manager, SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash Operations will support the subprocess team for the BU’s as part of the SAP S/4HANA project. This role will be critical in the development and delivery of the processes and systems for the SAP S/4HANA Project roll out and will report into the Senior Manager of Order to Cash.

This role will support the development of the agenda in the planning and execution of various sprints (design, build, test), collaborating with other project value streams and business SMEs to navigate through project work. In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common operational processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4HANA solution across PepsiCo North American. This role will work closely across the organization with the larger SAP S/4HANA project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.

This role is a US-based ‘Work for Home’ role with travel requirements. Candidates can be based within a commutable distance from Purchase, NY, Plano, TX, or Chicago, IL. 25% travel is expected during Design/Construct/Test phase(s) and 70% travel during Deployment phase(s)

Responsibilities

Responsible for successfully and sustainably implementing the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of Order to Cash.Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within the Order to Cash process areasBe the link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the projectExecute “Waterfall” sprints to introduce and actively participate in the demo for harmonized processes, taking the outputs through to resolutionEscalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project LeadershipLead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)Support adoption and change management, as well as support the developement and deliver end-user trainingProvide deployment supportProvide post-go-live support
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree
* 5+ years of professional experience
* Prior SAP S/4HANA knowledge
* Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledgePreferred Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with exceptional project planning and time management skills
* Previous experience working within an Order to Cash organization developing new business processes.
* Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions
* Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 – $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
