Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physicians offices, and home care/hospice setting. We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. The Sales Compensation Analyst is an integral part of our team's success. Our Sales Compensation Analyst tracks, monitors and pays commissions to all of the field based sales reps for Medline. You are also responsible for understanding all pertinent reports and calculations pertaining to the reps commission and other pay components.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point person for all year-end bonus calculations and auditing of results.
  • Responsible for the upkeep, auditing and integrity of all quota tracking reports internally and externally across all sales forces we manage.
  • Responsible for monitoring the year-end bonus accrual worksheets and to report changes and suggestions to accruals being booked in the financials.
  • Will work closely with the Director of Sales/Commission analysts to monitor pay plan changes to ensure reps are not over or underpaid as well as monitoring the results of the quota changes in the quota tracking reports.
  • Ad hoc reporting as it pertains to diving into quota and pay issues that arise.
  • Will aide in the setup of all quotas (primary and secondary) at the start of year as well as work with the Director of Sales to create all the appropriate quota letters for each sales force.
  • Will aide in the set-up of all pay plan changes with the year-end change over as well as any set up throughout the year.
  • Responsible for auditing monthly 12 month rolling trend report and escalating any pay concerns to the Director.
  • Regularly look for ways to enhance existing sales processes and/or suggest new processes to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Work independently to complete assigned tasks on time as well as work well with other Analysts on group projects.
  • Use analytical skills and critical thinking to research and resolve issues related to sales compensation.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of analysis experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables and formulas).
