The Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago seek a full-time non tenure or tenure track Clinician Scientist at the rank of Assistant Professor. Responsibilities include the development of a research program in the Division of Genetics, Metabolism and Birth Defects. The candidates should demonstrate a research growth trajectory in basic or translational research in human genetics-related research themes. The candidate will foster collaborative interactions with clinical and laboratory scientists. In addition to research, this position will contribute to education mission of the division and department. Clinical effort will be allocated based on research program demands.
Qualified candidates will have an MD (or equivalent) or MD/PhD (or equivalent) and should be board certified in Medical Genetics.
