HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Sr. Manager, Product Management will report to the Senior Director, Product Management in the Product Management Department. This role is responsible for developing the long and short term vision for product and partner with product owners, technology and other stakeholders to deliver the vision. The incumbent will lead vision strategy and evolution of all products that delivers revenue growth, improves member satisfaction and supports the shift to self-service. They will also be responsible for developing products, driving new product capabilities and product features from concept to successful delivery and adaption.

  • Translate business and consumer needs into end to end, innovate digital solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders and other key business partners including User Experience Research teams to create product vision, understand and help identify business value.
  • Help drive strategy - conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short-term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Design, Marketing, and Sales to understand market needs, define product capabilities and prioritize based on business and customer value
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlined the products evolution over time, taking into consideration iterative phases
  • Make informed, data-backed decisions about features and improvements to prioritize based on customer feedback, market demand, technical feasibility and business impact
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product that aligns with the business goals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to product owners and business analysts, fostering a innovative and collaborative work environment.

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
