Overview

Expected pay for this position is $18.43 hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides efficient scheduling and coordination of administrative services for the provisions of personal care services in the OSF PACE Center and in participant's homes, resulting in the delivery of excellent customer service.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma/ GED
Experience: Work requires ability to be self-directed in identifying and meeting the needs of the PACE staff, contractors, and participants. Knowledge of medical terminology. A minimum of one-year experience in working with the frail or elderly population or, if the individual has less than 1 year of experience but meets all other requirements... must receive appropriate training from the PACE organization on working with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.
Licensure/ Certification: Must have an active and up-to-date certification in CPR. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree in health or business related field. Experience: N/A Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: N/A
