Job Description

Are you ready to kickstart your career with Staffmark? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators in Joliet, IL.


Pay Rate: $20.00/hour


Shift Available: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM (Rotating Schedule)


Responsibilities:
Perform production tasks in a fast-paced packaging environment.
Folding or assembling cartons/boxes.
Packing, unpacking, building displays, palletizing.
Visual inspection.
Housekeeping tasks.
Other duties assigned by the Production Line Lead.


Quality Requirements:
Follow client quality policies.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ensure a safe work environment.
Demonstrate teamwork and positivity.
Commit to process excellence.
Communicate effectively.
Lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and meet productivity goals.
