Description:

o This is a customer service client relationship position. They will start on projects to get them acclimated. They will reach out to the clients sharing new updates and programs. Help maintain customer relationships daily.

o Manages the service of certain accounts.

o Estimates and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.

o Meet and support customers virtually and occasionally meet in person by traveling to client sites.

o They might upsell but no requirements around it. They will get a book of customers to support.
