Associate, JLL Income Property Trust Marketing
JLL Income Property Trust is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Associate to join LaSalle Investment Management's Private Wealth Group (PWG) team in Chicago, IL, and collaborate on executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate with an interest in communicating the value of core real estate investments to financial advisors and their high net worth investor clients.
As an integral member of the PWG marketing team, you will have the chance to shape the way our brand is perceived and play a pivotal role in enhancing the reach and impact of our NAV REIT and 1031 Exchange solution and other product offerings. This role will report to the Head of Marketing, PWG, and be based in our Chicago, IL office.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Under direction of the Head of Marketing, create high-quality written and multimedia content profiling company/business initiatives and employee engagement activities
Assist in the development of programmatic external marketing strategies and execute on activities to advance the company's business goals
Assist in the development and launch of new marketing materials, including product marketing pieces, corporate communications, internal communications
Manage the editorial pipeline of print, internet and video content, ensuring content is fresh, relevant and easy to access
Interface with the company's public relations and marketing agencies
Measure the effectiveness of internal and external communications and explore new channels/formats to engage with key target audiences
Develop and disseminate employee-facing messaging for the broader LaSalle Americas team
Coordinate, develop materials and help execute LaSalle Americas town hall business updates and other corporate events
Qualifications and experiences
Minimum of 5 years' work of experience in an internal marketing or communications role
Bachelor's degree essential in a relevant field. Real estate or financial services industry experience is desirable
Excellent written and oral communications skills - attention to detail essential
Excellent project-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to prioritize multiple initiatives
Proven experience in successfully delivering integrated programs within a fast-paced, environment.
Self-starter; ability to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues across different departments
Ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and influence relevant stakeholders with thoughtful analysis and presentation
