HR Coordinator, Physician Compensation
Position Highlights:
Position: HR Coordinator - Physician Compensation
Location: Evanston, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Resource/Per Diem
Hours: 20+ hours per week

What you will do:
Assist with Physician Compensation Administration related to pay, pay changes and bonuses plus additional assignments as the need arises.
Provide administrative and technical support to physician compensation team

What you will need:
Education: High school Diploma, required. Great opportunity for an undergrad or graduate student
Experience: Background in finance and/or HR/Business/Medical/Economics analytics or similarly related fields of study
Skills:
ImageNow/Perceptive Content or Workday experience a plus
Detail oriented and accurate
Strong excel and relational database experience and understanding
