Position Highlights:
Position: Staff Physical Therapist -in-patient
Location: Rotating- Glenbrook, Highland Park, Evanston
Resource/Per Diem
Hours:1 weekend day minimum, weekdays also available 8-430pm
Required Travel: yes

What you will need:

License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
Certification: CPR certification required
Experience: in-patient Physical Therapy experience
Skills: N/A

What you will do:
Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
Participates in the clinical supervision of students
